Several fundraising activities are conducted throughout the year to support the music programs. We are continually looking for ways to expand these efforts, so we can increase the support we provide the music programs and our kids!

CONCESSION SALES - CONCESSION SIGN-UPS

LMBA parents sell food, drinks, and team spirit items at sporting events – most notably, LHS home football games. This is a great, easy way to get involved – more volunteers are always welcome. Sign-up is really easy, just click the link and sign up for the event that best fits your schedule!
FRIENDS OF LIBERTY MUSIC FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN
New for 2011, this campaign takes the place of Pride Day. This campaign allows you, your friends and family members to donate money directly to the music program. There are different levels of giving and all donations are tax deductible and donors will be recognized during the year during our music programs. Friends of Liberty Music Donation Form. You can order signs to support your child. Just download this form, fill it out and return it to your child’s teacher.

SCRIP & KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS (Year Round)
Two ways for you as a Liberty Music Booster Family to earn funds in your account year round are through Kroger Community Rewards and SCRIP. Step-by-step instructions below:
Kroger Community Rewards – Every time you swipe your Kroger Plus card for applicable purchases, you earn rewards for your account. The rewards are forwarded to LMBA on a quarterly basis and will be reserved in your account until you request for an approved “music related” use. Details of approved expenses and procedures can be obtained through LMBA. To sign up – have your Kroger Plus Card handy. You will need to enter Liberty Music Boosters Association number: 80192 in the Community Rewards section for your organization. Once you have completed the registration, please send an email to Lisa DeLeon at:ldeleon@techneglas.com Your email should include your Name, Kroger Plus Card Number, your student/student’s name, the music group that they participate in (orchestra, band and/or choir) and the year of their graduation. If you do not supply this information, it will be very difficult to track your earnings accurately. If you have friends or grandparents, etc. that wish to sign up, they can do so as noted above, but must also forward an email with the appropriate information so that LMBA can allocate the funds to your account.

SCRIP – Scrip is a term that means “substitute money”. Use Scrip gift cards to purchase food, clothing and other everyday essentials you are already buying at your favorite stores and restaurants. Scrip gift cards can be ordered at www.shopwithscrip.com. Browse this website for details! Scrip orders are due by the last day of each month and will be processed the first week of the following month. The Scrip coordinator – Lisa DeLeon, will contact you when your order has arrived. The percentage of your purchases that you earn toward your LMBA family account depends on the items that you purchase.
