The Fundraising Committee has been hard at work for the last few months in order to help with financial assistance for those who cannot afford the cost of the London Trip.
Here are the fundraisers we have decided on:
General Fundraisers:
1. Corporate Sponsorship – Information packets are being sent out to potential sponsors
2. Pasta Dinner/Benefit Concert
- Benefit concert featuring Orlay Alonso (and some of our students) It will take place Friday, May 18 from 7-9 PM in the OLHS Theater
- Pasta Dinner will be from 4:30 to 6:30 before the concert
3. Garage Sale – April 28 in the Liberty High School Commons
4. Battle of the Bands – June 17
5. Bowl-a-thon – tentatively scheduled for August
6. Bike Tour “Liberty to London” – July 14
7. Pancake Breakfast – Tentatively scheduled for September 8
8. Golf Tournament – Tentatively scheduled for August 16
9. Restaurant Fundraisers – ongoing
10. Car Washes – all summer
Individual Fundraisers:
1. Fruit/Cookie Dough Sale – Nov/Dec 2011
2. Michael’s Finest Meat – February/March 2012
3. Flower Sale – Mar 16 to April 15 – Customer Order Form, Master Order Form (turn this in) & Sample Photos
4. Yankee Candles – Mar 16 to April 11 – Catalog
